We provide long and short term free policy analysis and program evaluations performed principally by senior students with considerable faculty and staff help. For example, our students did a study to determine whether or not housing voucher users were causing crime increases in their new neighborhoods. Students also studied whether a local public library system ought to open its branches on Sunday. Currently student teams are working to find out whether a novel approach to rural economic development will work.
